Interior illustration for Brian Knight's THE AVIAN, which will be published in chapbook form by Sideshow Press. I'm really psyched about this one as Brian is one of my favorite writers, and I've been dying to illustrate his work. The story is about an orphan who is the ward of a Catholic school who may be turning into a demon.

I tried a different technique with the trees this time around, and I'm pretty pleased by the results.

Tom this is terrific. The environment is really impressive, especially the mossy area on the left. My only crit is the face...it seems a bit young for the body, but at that angle, I'm not sure it can be helped/OR it's intentional. Regardless, this is really something to be proud of!

Phookin' nice illo T! Love the way you draw out the enviroment around your objects, you really just get better and better on them details, really awesome work!
